Note:

Delegation Registrations are phase-specific, meaning that all members of the Delegation must register for a Delegate position at the same phase as the Delegation.
e.g: If the Delegation is registered during the Regular Decision (RD) phase, all prospective Delegates in that Delegation must also register during RD.
